Ingredients

1 super ripe banana, mashed
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Splash of vanilla (optional)
1 egg
60g flour
Splash of milk or 1 tbl of yogurt, if needed

4g butter for cooking
Maple syrup

Directions

In a bowl, Mix together all ingredients except butter and maple syrup. This makes a fairly thick batter, for fluffier pancakes.
Scoop 2 tbls of batter into pan on med low. Add 1 g butter to pan (to fry the edges) Wait for bubbles , flip and cook for about 1 min longer.
Top with butter & maple syrup.
